Yoga and Energy Work YTT and Reiki Certified in March 2022, we are now offering private yoga and energy sessions at the rate of $75/hour. New prana (life force) and vitality can be found through meditation, stretching and energy work. Whether a physical, mental or emotional condition, we are ready to help.

Meditative Tea Ceremonies Based in the Art of Japanese Chado (Hot Water) Tea Ceremonies, our tea ceremonies are a time of quiet reflection and meditation with the intent of connecting with ourselves and our purpose. We bring the looseleaf tea, teapot, locally handcrafted teacups and music. Each sessions lasts roughly 45 -60 minutes including time for reflection on our meditative experience.
